FJJ-LM Microcomputer Automatic Paper Cutting and Rewinding Machine
This machine is suitable for cutting and rewinding of paper with a thickness ranging from 35g to 350g/m2. The machine has a gantry structure.
This machine is driven and controlled by a microcomputer AC servo motor. It features a three-stage tension automatic closed-loop control system. It uses a Siemens PLC programmable controller and digital modules to achieve centralized computer control. It is controlled by a digital central integrated circuit. The industrial human-machine interface is operated by a color touch screen. It can perform constant tension unwinding according to the set value, decreasing cone-shaped tension for large roll diameter center winding, and achieve dynamic synchronous automatic control of cutting speed and winding tension. It is equipped with automatic optical correction for deviation, automatic length and diameter counting functions, etc. The tension, length, diameter, and speed during operation of the equipment can all be displayed and set on the touch screen.
