This machine is controlled by conducting computer integrated conduct by applying Simenz PLC programmable control device and digital module. So it realizes constant roll down, constant control of the tensile force of Dryer and conical degression for central rolling, this can avoid the finished product in rolls crush injury, scratch, to ensure the rewind side tidy. Whenever the machine is stopped during its running, it keeps its tensile force. Also whenever the machine is turned on from stalling mode, it keeps its tensile force. In addition, there are two EPC automatic air-sensitive error correcting systems on Roll-placer rack and the exit of drying path.
The dryer uses Out Electronic Blower and Built-in infrared, it is excellent about keeping warm, low energy consumption with evenly heating. Also the intelligent temperature Control system is applied in this machine, and it makes sure the accurate accuracy of temperature control.
Adopting micro-computer vector speed control by frequency variation conducting computer integrated conduct by applying plc programmable control device and digital module, equipped with industrial human-computer interface touch screen operation, and have advantages of easy operation and high automation degree. This machine has all perfect setting before it is sold, the user just need to adjust is speed, this machine will realize automatic and dynamic simultaneous control.
