Adopt the vector transducer cooperate with SIEMENS PLC programmable controller and digital modules to achieve the One-stop control. Rewind automatic taper tension descending control (constant tension keep) function, it can avoid the finished product in rolls crush injury, scratch, to ensure the rewind side tidy. This machine has some automatic stop functions, such as roll ending early-warning, voltage fluctuations early-warning, cutting material early-warning. The error correction device of high precision which can effectively control the displacement of the base material. Energy-saving drying solidifying device, using the exhaust heat in recycle. Benefits: in line with environmental protection, high efficiency and energy saving can be more than 30%.
